Vector fonts

Am prepping the conversion of fonts in K-Pad from bitmap to vector. There may be an associated performance hit, but I believe it should be within the bounds of reasonably-modern CPU and graphics card ability. The existing fonts code is such a monster however that I'm not sure how much of this conversion I can do before the next release.

Speaking of the next release, I plan for it to be quite soon, within a week or two. :-)
