K-Pad v1.1.9 released!

I have released v1.1.9 - finally. :-) This will be the last public release of K-Pad - unless some hideous bug is found which I just have to fix...


Additions

• List: star ratings (value data range from 0->100)
• Blank: printed lined paper types (lined, squared, graph)
• Interface: titlebar now shows currently-loaded filename
• Header/Footer: footer overline
• Clipping: caption popup menu: set filename or filestem as caption
• Printing: booklet fold thickness (hadn't been implemented before despite being in menu!)
• Lined: coloured text (and default option to print as black)

Changes

• Header/Footer: non-page-specific Scrap-Pad header/footer now decoded
• List: min column size reduced to 4.5mm (from 7.5mm)
• Thumbnails: timer reset when using cursor keys

Fixes

• Interface: fixed multi-core processor-related crashes and locks
• Images: use one thread not many, fixing various problems with multi-core processors (esp. wrt PNGs)
• Header/Footer: bug when using %| with footer
• Load: fixed problem when loading an autosave or backup of file with full stops within filename stem
• menu width problem with v large filenames
